Alan Powers is one of the UK’s leading architectural historians, an Honorary Fellow of the Royal Institute of British Architects and Master of the Art Workers’ Guild.
Alan Powers, PhD, is one of the UK’s leading architectural historians and an expert in 20th century architecture and design. An alumnus of the University of Cambridge and a long-standing ACE Tour Director, Alan is a former Professor at the University of Greenwich School and a lecturer at New York University in London and the London School of Architecture. He has published widely, with books including Modern: The Modern Movement in Britain and Bauhaus Goes West: Modern Art & Design in Britain & America.
