Our Tour Managers

Susie has recently become a member of the ACE tour management team, and is very much looking forward to getting stuck into her new role. When not working with ACE, Susie is a collaborative pianist, teacher and coach.

Lucy has recently joined the ACE tour management team but comes with many years of tour management experience gained elsewhere. After completing a degree in modern languages, Lucy has enjoyed a career in the Classical music industry from orchestral management to overseeing several UK festivals. Other interests include the arts, walking, wildlife and photography.

Luke enjoys and has extensive experience organising and delivering events around the world. He is a keen traveller and enjoys meeting new people. Luke splits his time between the UK and Albania when he’s not travelling, and he has an academic background in theology.

Caroline first joined the ACE team in 2017, and has worked both in the office and accompanying tours in the UK and Europe. A German speaker, Caroline has studied English Literature and History of Art, and also trained in Garden Design.

Born and raised in Northern Ireland, Michael combines a career as a professional musician with teaching skiing in the Alps in the winter and freelance tour managing in the summer months. He is a qualified walking leader and has led groups throughout the UK and Europe. In addition to holding the highest certificate in wine, his interests include gastronomy, art, architecture, the Roman Empire, military history, Victorian Britain and sport.

Lotta Hedberg worked as a Tour Coordinator in the ACE office from 2005 to 2014, when she returned to her native Sweden. Since then she has been a Tour Manager for ACE, accompanying mainly Scandinavian tours, but also tours in Germany and the UK.

Chris joined the ACE team in 2003 and has managed many tours both in the UK and overseas.

Sarah Kelk is an experienced ACE Tour Manager. She joined Ace in 2015, travelling with groups, both in the UK and overseas.

Beth completed a Master’s degree in Museum studies and worked as a Project Coordinator for a Museum Consultancy before joining the marketing team at ACE Cultural Tours. During her undergraduate studies Beth studied Egyptology and discovered a specific interest in Nubian history. Beth has worked both in the office and as a Tour Manager in the UK and overseas.

Leonie hails from Edinburgh and has worked as a tour manager and occasional wine guide for over 15 years. She speaks fluent Italian, French and Spanish and spent nine years in Italy - Naples, Rome and Genoa - teaching Business English and contributing to various travel guides, such as Time Out and DK Eyewitness. She trained as a sommelier on her return to the UK, having developed a love for Italian wine and food matching.

Rhian has been a tour manager for many years, but joined the ACE team in 2026. She studied Drama and has had a long acting career, teaching also at the University of Wales, St Davids. A worship leader in her local church in Llandeilo, she conducts a small church choir.

Frances Neville is an experienced ACE Tour Manager, having accompanied many groups after joining the team in 2004. She has always loved travelling, enjoying trips around Australia, North America and Asia in her twenties. With ACE, Frances has tour managed many tours in the UK and Europe but also in Iran, Algeria, Sri Lanka and the USA.

Geoff has been engaged in the educational travel sector for over 40 years now. Until a few years ago, much of that time was spent running his company Minerva Art Tours, specialising in art history tours around the UK and Europe. In recent years Geoff has been bringing his experience to ACE in his role of tour manager. When not away with ACE, Geoff can usually be found conducting tours around Denbies Vineyard Estate, a 265-acre vineyard set on the chalk slopes of the Surrey Hills.

Sarah has spent the last 25 years working as a tour guide and manager. She has taken people all over the world. She has an MA in French from Birkbeck College (University of London) and puts her language skills to good use translating fiction, art and film books when not travelling. Her most recent translation is the novel The Little French Recipe Book published by Hodder & Stoughton. Although now settled in West London, she has lived in France and Spain. She has a passion for art, along with the poems of Rumi, French films and yoga.

Michaela Rowland-Hall has been a member of the ACE team for over 20 years. She is an experienced Tour Manager who has accompanied many tours across Europe and worldwide, and is also responsible for training new Tour Personnel. She very much enjoys being an ambassador for ACE and overseeing the smooth delivery of our itineraries as well as providing a warm welcome to all our clients.

Holly Streader works for the operations and tour managing teams at ACE. She has lived abroad, including several years in Rome, and has worked in the art world, so particularly enjoys accompanying groups on art history tours.
