Richard Rex


Richard Rex is Professor of Reformation History at the University of Cambridge and Fellow of Queens’ College, Cambridge. Professor Rex’s research focuses on the interaction between religion, politics, and ideas in early modern England and Europe, and he is the author of numerous books and articles in the fields of Tudor and Reformation history, notably The Lollards (Palgrave-Macmillan, 2002) and The Tudors (2nd edn, Amberley, 2009). His latest book, The Making of Martin Luther, was published by Princeton University Press to coincide with the Luther centenary in 2017.
